It's time once again to think about New Year's Resolutions: Weight to lose. Will-power to gain. Projects to make. Organization to do. All leading to one goal: being a better you & me.
So over the course of the next few days leading up to New Year's Day, those are the things my mind will be mulling over.
Sometimes it takes me a couple of years to finally get my act together. Sometimes necessity is the impetus. Sometimes a nagging spouse, not that mine ever nags, do you dear? And not that I nag him, (shush dear, not now) but I've heard that some spouses nag. And sometimes we fight through the desire to quit and find the drive to do what we should. And whatever the reason, we are glad for those successes that drive us to do even better.
So throughout the next week, I will be examining myself and looking for things I'd like to change and do better. Then on New Year's Day I'll be ready to make a list of resolutions.
