Easy Fudge
A few years ago I was introduced to this wonderfully tasty and wonderfully easy-to-make fudge. It only takes a few minutes to make...just long enough for the chocolate chips to melt, and then you're done!
So here is the recipe:
For an 8" or 9" square or round pan:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
For a 9" x 13" pan double the recipe, then:
In a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour mixture into greased pan and refrigerate until set up.
There you go! The simplest fudge you'll ever make!
