Pics of the Canyon

Last night, Steve & I drove up a nearby canyon to spend time together and take pics of the beauty. Over the next few days, I will be posting pics of our trip.

It was absolutely gorgeous, having rained a few hours before and renewed every living thing.

(Thanks, Steve, for giving me exactly what I needed after the past several highly emotional days: a time to get outside of myself and to create. It was impossible to feel the funk I was in while I was trying intently to capture the beauty surrounding me. You are an excellent friend. :)
